In terms of condition, this book is complete.  This book has firm staples at cover and centerfold, lies flat, good spine, good paper quality, and great colors. The big issues I see are the bottom right cover fold and the pencil writing on the cover, otherwise this is a beautiful book! I guess the grade to be approximately FN/VF to VF with a lot of potential from a press and clean. That said, grading is so subjective, so I suggest you look at the photos and judge for yourself.
