Elastic shoulder straps, raised waist, smocked back, full and swingy skirt hits just below the knee, all in black 100% cotton, no lining.
Colorful and utterly unique airbrushed handpainted flower blossom at front.
To protect paint from fading or cracking, hand wash recommended.
