Vintage Fossil Sailboat themed watch has never been worn but needs a new battery. The face has a raised sculpted pewter and gold tone brass sailboat on the waves of the open sea. It has a Japanese quartz three hand movement and a stainless steel back. It is water resistant to 3 ATM (30 meters/100 feet). The case is 34mm in diameter. This Fossil watch has a black braided leather band that is 15mm wide and 7” long. It is in like new condition but needs a new battery. It has its original Fossil tag with the model number and bar code.
This watch was made during Fossil's classic design era of the 1980s and 1990s. During this time period, pewter, brass, and other metals were “*sculpted into highly detailed beautiful raised 3-D images on the watch faces and released in limited editions.” These beautiful watches are now popular collectibles.
