Beautiful bentwood probably Birch wooden THOBET chair with cloth label on the bottom in blue and white which should help date the piece. Looks like it was sold to Saint Martin's Hospital ....wherever that is... when it was originally sold and I think overall it's in excellent condition .... Just needs to be cleaned up a little bit I don't see any cracks or major chips or splintered wood or missing pieces or anything it just needs to be cleaned buffed polished and if you want so I guess you could refinish it. You can see the original seat covering is worn out and needs to be redone also.
The seat is approximately 18 inches high and the seat top measures 15 in by 15 in and from the floor to the top of the back of the chair is 36 in.
