*Chanel is highly counterfeited and is also inconsistent when it comes to manufacturing there are a few things to look for to ensure you’re buying an authentic bottle.
*Chanel uses both short t-shaped atomizers and long hose shaped atomizers (photos)
*Chanel caps are deeply engraved with thick interlocking C’s (thin looking Logos are fake, as are flaking caps)
*Caps are magnetic with strong magnets (you can see the magnets around the base when looking through the sides or bottom - see photo)
*The bottom of the bottle with information will always be centered and look mirrored due to the heavy base. Chanel glass almost looks iridescent and will NEVER has a number or any other inclusions embedded on the glass (other than vintage see photos) if you see a number in the center under the printed information this is a fake. Chanel nozzles are narrow vs fakes that are more wide.
*Labels will have pointed corners not rounded edges =fake. Batch code 9501 is often used on fakes
