Topdress brand. Color: black Black, high mock neck, sweetheart, neckline halter neck, class fit and flare mini dress. It has a mesh paneling along the neckline up to the sweetheart neckline bust, choker halter neck mesh, neckline, and bust portion of the dress are all beaded with small beads, circular beads and beads in the shape of a flower. A few of the beads are missing as shown in the last photo. The bottom skirt portion of the dress has a wavy fit and flare bottom him with a black lining underneath. It closes in the back with a zipper and on the Neckline as well. There are no damages, flaws or stains besides the beads mentioned. MEASUREMENTS: Armpit to armpit: 16 inches Waist: 13.5 inches. Armpit to bottom hem: 27 inches
