Comforter measures approximately:

Condition: pre-owned with flaws. No holes. This is a soft set!
Flaws: comforter- one small white spot near the M in dreams and one pen/ink line on front. One corner is loose fabric where comforter has pulled back a few inches inside. Does not affect use.
Flat sheet- ink stain, very light pilling, snags/ light discoloration.
Fitted sheet: light pilling and stain/ discoloration in one place.
