Good used condition. Signed by the artist; I believe the initials read "HP". I have not been able to determine the artist name. These are glazed hand painted tea bag rests that could also be used as a spoon rest or trinket dish, in the shape of a tea kettle. Some crazing noted as pictured. Measurements are included in the photos. No chips or cracks. Very cute one of a kind work of art.
