This is a rare vintage Disney stamp pin. This replica was made by Jonathan-Grey Associated for the USPS.
It is a replica of a Sierra Leone Stamp that features Donald Duck and his nephew Louie, both are ready to bang a gong that says Mickey Mouse Club.
The front of the pin features the date in Roman numerals of MCMLXXI, which is 1972. I believe that is the year the stamp itself was made, not the reproduction for Jonathan Grey Associates.
