Single Gay Fad Studios frosted blue reindeer glass. Designed by Fran Taylor. No chips, cracks. Very light wear on some of the gold/gilt - enlarge photos to get a good view. I see No Wear to the blue frost - lots of reflections in the photos, though - sorry. The glass, in my view, is in excellent vintage condition.
