The Conchita top is one of our iconic pieces. Its distinctive artisanal detail is created in the community of San Felipe de los Herreros in Michoacan. The technique, called deshilado, consists of removing threads from the weft of the fabric and utilizing the remaining threads as a base for intricate lace-like embroidery.
All our fabrics are handmade with artisanal techniques so they may have color variation or hyperpigmentation. This gives uniqueness and personality to every piece.
