Spirit Halloween plus size white tutu dress with scoop neck and long sleeves. This dress is so comfortable and it is the perfect base for your costume. The layers of tulle add body to the tutu skirt, and the dress lines the tulle so there's no scratchy material touching your skin. I used this one Halloween for my cat costume. Only worn once, so this is in excellent condition still. Spirit no longer sells this in plus size. This is an "adult plus" size and I would say it easily fits a size 1XL to 3XL (I was a size 3XL in the photo of me in my cat costume).
