PLEASE SEE ALL PICTURES of the worst of the worst. Inside pages are slowly yellowing from age. Page 1 and 2 is has 2 rips. Page 3 Says, Tom My Peter written in ink at the top of the page. Page 4 has 14 pencil marking/lines. Then on actual page numbering Page 8/9 has INK/PAINT smudges- see pic.
