Rare! The Beatles DECCAGONE 1st Pressing 7-Disc Set

A set of 7 first-press color wax singles of The Beatles' Decca Tapes released by Joe Pope, the organizer of the legendary Beatles fan club Strawberry Fields Forever, from 1977-79.

The tapes used were apparently of a low generation, and even now, this series of singles is considered to have the best sound quality among the Decca Tapes.

However, the first pressings were few in number, and the 2nd and 3rd pressings (some say they were copies) and the poor-sounding Counterfeits with unclear jackets were more common in the market.

The correct combination for a true first pressing is the font and color of the label and the color of the disc as shown in this image.

All singles are in good condition. There are no noticeable major scratches, and playback is not a problem. As for the sound, there is some noise due to the quality of the vinyl, the pressing, and minor scuffs on this type of record, but the sound is raw and wonderful, as praised for its high quality.

The condition of the jackets is fair. Detailed condition is as follows:

Light creasing, light ring wear from the record

Noticeable creasing on both upper corners, etc.
Small peeling on the upper part of the B-side label (due to the manufacturing process)

PRO1103 Searchin' / Like Dreamers Do
Two small writings inside the jacket (not visible from the outside)
Extremely small peeling on the A-side label (due to the manufacturing process)

PRO1104 Sure To Fall / Money
Light creasing

PRO1105 Crying, Waiting, Hoping / 'Till There Was You
Light creasing

PRO1106 To Know Him Is To Love Him / Besame Mucho
Staining due to aging near the top opening, light creasing
