This collar is from Petco from the brand, Youly. It’s a size XS and it’s a kitten collar. It has blue, orange, green, white, and more colors done in vertical stripes all across the collar and bandana. The collar has a small triangle bandana attached to it along with a gold fish skeleton and bell chain hanging off of it. The collar is also a break away collar, which means that it has a clasp that will just break apart if they struggle so they will not get strangled. This is BRAND NEW and it has never been open or used. Great for kittens or other small pets, such as baby or teacup puppies. Excellent Condition. Size XS.
