This blouse has such a flattering cut, with the layers of different fabric complimenting each other beautifully while creating a lovely shape. It is made by Artka, a Chinese-based brand--vintage pieces from this brand are rare! Based on the tags and style, this piece appears to be from the 90's. No visible flaws-- in excellent vintage condition. The fabric types are written in Chinese, but based on feel it seems the majority of the body is cotton, while the blue fabric and embellishments are polyester and nylon.
Smoke-free but pet friendly home. Price is based on brand, material, and condition. I am open to offers, though!
