This custom piece started out as an express turtle neck and I grabbed one of my older Barry Sanders Jerseys in one of those off color patterns, similar to an old color rush and stitched it in. The stitching is Blue with 20 on the front with the express logo stitched back on. The medium size tag from the jersey in the normal location and B. Sanders on the back in the exact location it was on the jersey. No fear of cold spots, the jersey areas have been layered to meet the thickness and softness of the original shirt. 100% cotton patching.
This is a one off cut and Sew piece that embraces Imperfections. These are the items I want that are hard to find. Stuff that represents the team I love, but also is something I would wear anywhere. This is my, I don't want to sell it price, because I will gladly put this in my closet. I say that as I am also making two more items right now. I want to share my art and love for the lions, because I know I can make myself anything I want.
