Hello, you're looking at a vintage gold-tone expandable almost accordion-style bracelet. The material has a plastic/bakelite feel, but I'm seeing similar bracelets mention it is Lucite. It is marked inside with Hong Kong, but no manufacturer.
The diameter is about 5.75 inches unworn, and the width of the links is about 1.25 inches.
Condition-wise it's in decent condition, considering its age. There is minor scuffing on the metal and white link areas, and there are a couple of spots of possible nail polish or paint on it, otherwise great.
