Vintage purple velvet midi skirt with scalloped embroidered hem with small circular cut outs. Structured waistband and zipper at back.

Condition: Preloved vintage multiple small flaws. Zipper is gets a little stuck. Embroidery shows some wash wear and loose spots. Hook (for the hook and eye closure) has been sewn so that it moves around, as opposed to being stitched down. It looks like the fabric where it originally was sewn became worn out. Still a very beautiful and wearable piece!
