Vintage California Pottery Opalescent Scalloped Shell Bowl Dish Cream MCM
This is a vintage shell shaped bowl from the California Pottery Company - made in the USA. The bowl is a cream color with an opalescent or iridescent glaze. The markings on the bottom are very faint but I have included the best pictures I could get - see last three photos. There are a couple of small blemishes in the glaze on the bottom of the bowl but otherwise there are no cracks, chips or crazing. The bowl is in very good vintage/pre-owned condition.
