Rare & Stunning Shafford Japan teacups and Saucers from the 1950s. One features a solid black panelled background, studded w/gold details and floral bouquets. The base is footed. Marked Shafford Japan w/ the Shafford Crest. Other is same in Red. Breathtakingly iridescent. Absolute treasures.

• Shafford exported pieces to the United States from Japan starting in the 1940s and ending in the 1970s.
