Brand new with tags, has a ribbon as a waistband, beautiful dress, bough to wear to a wedding but it didn’t fit me. Has multiple inner linings. Please be aware that the connections between the lace are very thin, so on the back, a couple of strings have snapped, but are easily covered by the ribbon.
