GUC. The tin material has started to rust on the lid and around the bottom lip of tin, overall has a patina to it. There is a small dent on the top knob of lid and a small dent in the lip of the lid. This tin still fully closes and seals without issue. The lid has a protruding center on the underside creating a plug-like (likely airtight) seal with the canister body. Beautiful vintage piece for display or use for tea bag or wrapped candy storage.
