Czech Figural Decanter Cold and Woozy Czech Man. Super fun decanter measures 8 1/2" tall. Scarf is pressed down to act as a pouring spout. No damage, chips, or cracks on this piece. Each of the 3 green buttons on his vest has a rough spot caused by the blowers technique of folding the glass over on itself to make it rounder. Stopper has a descrete, closed and stable crack (see photo). This vintage piece is pre-owned and in good condition for age. This figural is really a humorous and well executed piece of art glass.
Applied decor is in the style of Jaroslav Brychta, and could be made by the Zelzno Brodske Sklo, which took up his techniques. Estimated date is from 1930 to 1970.
