This Harmony Kingdom character is part of the "Treasure Jests" series and features a mouse named "Leclair" playing a violin while standing on the case. He's a little street musician and his case has a little dish for tips. Look closely and you'll see someone tipped him an acorn.
Like all Harmony Kingdom products he hides a secret trinket compartment.
This item is still new in box, opened for inspection and photos only. I purchased the item from a former shop owner that still had many of these delightful collectibles in his storage.
