This is the cover of Spider-Man Universe Number 5 from 2002 blown up and transferred to nylon(?) at a size of 28" X 38.5". It would be perfect for the biggest Venom fan, or someone that just loves Marvel comics of all types.
The fabric is thin, but not quite see-through. The actual sign itself is 26" - but with the two wooden poles that help it hang, it adds an inch on both ends. The ends of the poles have black rubber stoppers to prevent marking on your wall.

This cover was probably used in 2002 to help muster up excitement for the upcoming Spider-Man Universe and the upcoming Venom series that Marvel launched in June 2003.
