This set of vintage Daniel's Broiler Prime Steaks & Chops restaurant steak knives features a classic design with stainless steel blades and wooden handles. The half tang construction adds durability and strength, while the 4.1-5 inch blade length and serrated edge make them ideal for cutting through steaks with precision.
The handles are…wood(haha) with a cherry stain color. Burned into the side is “Daniel’s Broiler Prime & Chops” and a “USDA Prime”emblem. Showing signs of age and wear they’re rustic and beefy (haha?).
One tip is slightly bent but can easily be straightened. I’ll leave that to you. (Second from the top) It does not impact form or function.
