In Good condition
frame shows some cosmetic wear nothing big but it does need a cleaning and maybe some very small touchups but it looks good as is.
Oil Painting is in pretty good condition with a small cleaning it should look amazing!
I'm not sure where this coast is but it's a beautiful painting with so many colors and still life aspects it's just a masterpiece that needs a little TLC but I think it looks very very good as is and would bring out any home or living room, dining room, kitchen or anywhere you can place a painting

It is Signed by Norman but it has no last name. So I don't know who it is.
The frame is made of wood with frame plaster that molds it to give a better detail to the frame work. This frame the frame is heavy and it kind of has a slight bend but nothing damaging it's very nice.
