Moissanite 1ct TDW heart earrings in sterling silver with extra backs. earrings test positive for diamond on diamond tester. An excellent gift for that special occasion or holiday. I personally like moissanite. It’s an excellent alternative to diamond. They are nearly as durable rating 9.25-9.5 on the mohs scale. A diamond rates a 10 on the scale. I like that moissanite is higher on the refractive index, so it is a little more sparkly. The fact that they can be replicated in a lab because they are silicone carbide also means that they have minimal internal flaws around vvs1-vvs2, and their color is usually around a D-G. I looked at these through a loupe and they look great internally and I saw minimal flaws that you cannot see with the naked eye. These are set in sterling silver.
