Hi, my name is Jude and I am a business student at Hays High School in Mr. Hibbs' Business Essential class (Hays, Kansas). I was selected to conduct market research and analysis to sell Scorch the Dragon for the Hays High Business Club.
The main goal of this project is to market and sell retired Beanie Babies at market value in order to learn basic business skills and marketing techniques; positively impacting the business club and local community.
The proceeds from this specific sale will be divided as follows:
- 10% to the student as an incentive for successfully marketing the product
- 10% to a charitable organization of student's choice to-be specified upon purchase; photo proof/receipt of donation to-be provided as authenticity after payment
- 80% to the Hays High Business Club to fund classroom needs/initiatives
