Only used a few times. Comes packaged in the original box exactly as shown
This was great for my pup after her surgery. The handle on the back harness really helped get a good grip to help her up/down a few steps. The harness has padding to be more gentle on your pup. You'll see the blue fabric in the photo. The hooks for the front harness and back harness link up and the shoulder strap connects the two. Really well made.
