For your consideration is this antique glass Bride's Basket / Berry Bowl produced by an unknown most likely US glass maker during the end of the 19th century...though I have yet to link this to any particular maker, but it is very much made in the style of Webb Glass Fairy Lamp Bases. It is possible this is a base to a Fairy Lamp as the inside white glass is matte. This piece is absolutely gorgeous. The top decorative portion is a lovely cranberry pink, whilst the inner well and underside are silky white. The pink portion is dimpled with crimped or ruffled edges. The piece measures 6.5 inches long x 5.2 inches wide x 2.1 inches tall. The base measures 3.8 inches in diameter. The bottom of the piece has a pontil mark and inclusions can be seen within the glass. There is a small chip on one side (photo provided) but this blends in very well as it is where the pink and white meet. Such a splendid piece to add to your art glass collection.
