The US Army Gen III Level 7 Parka is the final, outermost insulation layer of the Extended Cold Weather Clothing System (ECWCS), designed to provide maximum warmth during static (still, cold) operations in extremely cold, dry conditions. It uses high-loft, synthetic PrimaLoft® insulation to maintain warmth even when wet, and features a water-resistant outer shell, a hood that stows in the collar, and reinforced elbows for durability. Was made by Tennier Industries, Inc. for the US Army and is size Large-Long. The condition is used, but is in good shape.
