This is the Usagi (Rabbit) Penlight from the Hololive 1st Usada Pekora Live "Usagi the MEGAMI!!".
I used it only once during the live performance.
I have confirmed that it lights up as of the time of listing.
Also, there is some initial staining (see image 4), so please purchase only if you can accept this.
