Vintage Mexican blue glass Alpaca silver ring. Size 8. Long marquise / navette shaped cobalt blue glass cabochon stone bezel set in a decorative frame with filigree and granulation. Stamped “Mexico” on reverse side with a zig-zag etching (this was an old method assay offices used to scratch the piece to measure metal content). Such a stunning large statement ring with brilliant color. Acquired from the estate of a Mexican jewelry collector. 1.25” length and 0.5” width. Excellent condition.
