Pair of vintage 1950-60's Lefton bookends, each featuring a white Persian kitten sitting on and in front of a book. The white porcelain has a lovely, creamy glaze, with gold accents on the book pages. If you are look for a gift for your grandma, mom, wife, girlfriend or yourself, this is such an adorable set. Both still have the original Lefton red and gold foil label and is stamped 'H518'. These are very realistic, with hand painted faces. Each cat is slightly different. One has stain on bottom felt and one of the ears has a chip, but otherwise in good condition. Measures 6" tall x 5" long
