New with tags from the brand Lilly Pulitzer in a size medium. I do believe this is oversized some. This was originally bought for myself, and it was loose fitting on me. I normally wear an 8 in jeans and tops a small or medium. Please review the measurements below to guarantee it fits how you would like. I can not guarantee fit. It feels very nice to the touch. Armpit to armpit is about 22 inches and stretches to a max of about 26 inches. At the max, it might be tighter on.
Length from armpit to hem is about 17 inches.
