GORGEOUS smocking detail!!!!
Smocked bodice with embroidered diamond pattern and purple flowers.
Pleated wide circular collar
Puff sleeves with foam padding for extra puffiness at the shoulder.
Attached fabric straps to a bow at the back waist.
Lined skirt with added layer of tulle on the ruffle.
Buttons up the back with hidden buttons.
No flaws except the foam sleeve padding is partially unsewn & could easily be removed. One side is pinned in with safety pin. The size tag is almost completely washed out, but faintly reads 6X.
