I’m not a professional or expert grader by any means, but from what I do know and from what I can see on this book, I think this is likely in the GD- to GD+ range.
Discrepancies include some wear and minor water damage throughout. Spine ticks, creases and staining to cover. Some soiling throughout. Chipping and small tears on edges of cover. Soft / dull corners.
Staples and centerfold is tight. No missing pages. Complete. Looks like cream to off-white pages.
Could benefit from a good clean and press and should present better but no guarantees it’ll bump the grade due to the color break.
