The patches seem to be vinyl screen printed. Fabric is cotton underside, faux suede outer stiff like furniture fabric. There is some cracking on the appliques. Very unique piece.
45" long. The Old Timer on the back is a Blues pianist named Pinetop Perkins born in Mississippi 1913. The applique on the top backside is hand painted.
