Pre-owned, vintage - late 1960's/early 1970's. Large. Approximate Measurements - 12"H (shape makes it very hard to measure width).*AS IS - Shows wear: scratches/missing paint in black paint on eyes, mouth, and black paint very scratched off on nose, several small dents in plastic from storage/usage - chin, cheek, small one on back, thin plastic handle with areas that appear dented - if you intend to use for trick or treating, I would replace the handle with something else - maybe a thick shoestring, as this plastic is very old/thin/delicate.
