Vintage 1985 Dr. Eugene Gene Scott Lithograph Satan is Bound Signed 34/1000
DR. GENE SCOTT (1929-2005) Pentecostal pastor and artist in his spare time. There has not been a Scott lithograph on eBay for at least three years - they don't pop up very often; let alone a brand new low numbered print such as this one.
Numbered 34/1000. Signed and numbered in both pencil and pen. The print has never been framed or pinned. It has been stored in the original cardboard tube since it was purchased in 1985. Will ship in this original tube bearing a postmark of 2/14/1985.
In 1975, Scott began nightly live broadcasts, and eventually satellite broadcasts extended his services and talk shows to many countries.
Scott became known as much for his stage persona as for his preaching skills. He would fill chalkboards with scriptural passages in the original Greek, Hebrew or Aramaic.
Regardless of whether Scott was crazy like a fox or just crazy; this image is a nice example of modernist artwork.
