Very good condition from a smoke free pet free home. Only sign of wear is a small amount of wear in the upper thigh-inseam region/freshly cleaned (washed in woolite and air dried- please don’t throw expensive pants in the dryer…pretty please.) These are ready to wear. Size XXL with elastic waist and drawstring waist unstretched is 40” to lightly stretched 45. Hips 56”. Inseam 26”. Zero stretch to the fabric so please leave wiggle room for yourself. Ankle opening has button closure and extra button still attached by fabric tag. These are so beautiful and I tried to make them work but linen isn’t my favorite fabric.
