One of the finest Pokemon arts out there, IMO. Illlustrated by the legendary Tetsuo Hara. If you're a fan of old school anime, he was a co-creator and mangaka of the Fist of the North Star series. IIRC, this was the only illustration he's done for Pokemon. It's absolutely brilliant.
