Excellent Condition / Inspected / Includes Blue Container: LEGO City & Mario 3-Piece Set

This is a set of three LEGO sets: LEGO City and LEGO Super Mario.
Purchased around 2020.
For organization purposes, they are stored together in a blue LEGO City container and offered for sale.

1. LEGO City Police Starter Box (60270)
・Includes a set with a blue container.
2. LEGO Super Mario Adventures with Mario Starter Course (71360)
・A basic set that includes a Mario figure.
3. LEGO Super Mario Boomer Bill Barrage Expansion Set (71366)
・An expansion set.

【Product Condition】
・These are used items that children have played with.
・All three sets were purchased around the same time and were stored in the blue container without being played with much.
・For the purpose of listing, I assembled all three sets to check the parts. It took about 4 hours in total, but they were assembled as shown in the photos.
・Although I cannot confirm all the parts, please check the condition of the parts based on the completed models.
・Instruction manuals are also included, but they show signs of use (wrinkles and folds).

【Notes on the Mario Sets】
・It is recommended to use the dedicated app on your smartphone or tablet for assembling and playing with Mario. Please also check this.

【Shipping and Packaging】
I have tried to keep the sets assembled (in blocks) as much as possible and placed them in the blue container, but they may inevitably come apart due to vibrations during storage and transportation.
They may arrive in a somewhat disassembled state, so we kindly ask for your cooperation in reassembling them.
The container itself will be wrapped in cushioning material (bubble wrap) and protected from water damage before shipping.
