New. Theory white 100% cotton skirt. The fabric is so nice and the weave so fine that it has some stretch to it. My manikin is a size 4 and it is a bit tight on her. Our utility skirt is a mini-length silhouette that sits at the natural waist and is detailed with patch pockets at the front and back. It’s cut from garment-dyed cotton that’s woven in Italy and has a soft feel with light structure.
