Received from Manufacturer packaged in a plastic baggy. New but not shrink wrapped.
When I got this order from my distributor over a year ago, I was NOT happy. I said, “This isn’t factory shrink wrap—this is a baggy! No one will call this new!” I complained, but my distributor said the brand owner thought it “looked cooler,” and told me to deal with it. I haven’t ordered from them since.

That said, this product is:

B) New and unused, though some people argue “new” only applies to the first retail sale. Personally, if it’s sealed and untouched, it’s new to me.
