Baghdad Iraq police patch under Saddam Hussein and the Baghdad Iraq Traffic Control. When Baghdad fell to US troops in 2003, Saddam’s police and government officers began discarding uniforms or emblems from their uniforms so that they wouldn’t be arrested or injured by the long suffering citizens. These are real pieces of history from a very nasty conflict. They were personally obtained by the seller while serving as a US Marine in Iraq during this period (2003). These type of scarce collectibles are nearly impossible to obtain anywhere.
