AMAZING antique 1924 England 100-year-old butterfly wing morpho woman brooch or pin
Wow! I don't want to let this go, but I don't wear brooches so this beauty doesn't get to be worn and shown off like she should. This was made in 1924 so it is 100 years old! She is all made of out inlaid butterfly wings, including morpho butterfly wings and depict a scene of a well-dressed Victorian lady. Check out all the different colored butterfly wings. Inlaid in solid 925 sterling silver. C-clasp. Stamped ENGLAND STERLING PAT. AUG. 1924. Some of the stamp is fading and the glass has some surface scratches, but considering it is 101 years old, dang, she looks good!!!
