-In good shape, works great!
-Didn't come with a remote - we just used the bedjet app (need wifi and Bluetooth capabilities)
-works on any size bed
-we got tired of our dog knocking it off when she jumped on the bed so my husband used a clamp to keep the end from easily coming off when hit since it got broken off by the dog (you can always purchase any replacement parts from bedjet)
-has a crack on the side (shown in photo) & it DOES NOT effect the functionality of the machine.
-could use a new filter & cleaning - some parts of the fabric sleeve on the outside of the hose has some discoloration from being on the floor.
-This will work for air or heat under your sheets! It's super nice; except we can't always agree on a temperature so we haven't used it as much.
